October 1, 2021: Colorado Springs, Denver
Week 38: The best thing about Colorado Springs is my beautiful host Kelly Ocasio, AKA Matt Ocasio’s mom. The second best thing about Colorado Springs is that it’s close to Denver. The third best thing about Colorado Springs is Garden of the Gods. We’re not going to talk about the rest of Colorado Springs. Pics from Garden of the Gods next week!
October 2, 2021: Women’s March, Denver
Women’s March in Denver today. At 23 my doctor refused to provide tubal ligation because “I wasn’t old enough to decide not to have kids” Now our abortion rights are under attack, after women are denied the very procedures that prevent abortion in the first place. I will not be forced to birth a child I don’t want for a government that doesn’t care. Quite seriously – I would take a hanger instead. Keep abortion safe and legal!

October 16, 2021: St. Louis
Week 40: Still fighting off a sinus infection. Sigh. But St. Louis is cool. I love all the old brick buildings and tiny neighborhood bars. I went to a sculpture garden and saw the archy thingy too.
October 22, 2021: St. Louis
Week 41: My last week in St. Louis – met some cool people and explored some new bars. I’m no longer sick and HOLY SHIT I’M GETTING HOME TO PENNSYLVANIA TOMORROW.
